About us
CSS is the brainchild of Aldo and Lauren who met while attending Creighton University. They shared a common vision of providing conflict resolution, negotiation, and facilitative services to parties regardless of their location and despite the subject matter.

CSS provides a modern approach to conflict resolution. Traditionally, it is done in an office, face-to-face, during business hours. We provide resolution services in ways that are more convenient, comfortable and inclusive to clients. By providing night and weekend hours, the ability to work around a busy client’s working schedule, CSS feels it will be able to provide services to a greater number of people. CSS does not limit services to traditional modalities; this means mediation or facilitation can be provided in ways that work best for the clients. Our practitioners are versed in Online Dispute Resolution (ODR), Advocacy, Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), Facilitation, Mediation, Coaching, Negotiation, and Conflict De-Escalation.
